Multi Sports Session Featuring Boccia, Curling, Handball and more
Gentle Movement
Low impact, seated activities. The activities will vary each week but will include boccia (similar to French boules), shibashi/qigong movements,coordination activities and seated exercise to music.
No need to book, just turn up! You won’t require fancy gym clothes, just wear something comfortable.
Trainers or comfortable flat shoes are recommended. Please bring a bottle of water.
New participants will be asked to complete a health questionnaire at their first class.
