No One Left Behind is Scotland’s approach to transforming employment support. It aims to deliver a system that is more tailored and responsive to the needs of people of all ages, especially those who are disadvantaged in the labour market. For example, 16–24-year-olds, long-term unemployed (1 year+) people with additional support needs/disabilities, and those of ethnic minority.
